"The report provided was up to standard and provided all the information I needed about the house. Heaps of pictures were attached as evidence and was clear and concise. The building and pest inspection report came back within 24 hours and was very affordable in comparison to other places. However, please note that the 5+ bedroom pricing stated on the website is misleading and will cost you more if you have exactly 5 bedrooms but an extra rumpus area. Other than that, the service was as expected."

"Would not recommend! The building inspector who went to inspect a property we were interested in bidding for identified all the minor and obvious things, but the 2 most crucial areas (subfloor and roof cavity) were not inspected due to "no access".. We tried ringing David the inspector ( on the same-day) and upto now we are yet to hear back from David. We have since written to the office and have been informed that there was a "system error" and the roof cavity was actually inspected, however, the images were not attached to our file.. Regardless of the images not being attached, the inspector himself had written unable to access roof cavity (perhaps he forgot he actually did inspect it?) We have since asked for this matter to be escalated, and now no one is responding to us.. apart from the standard " our report was prepared in accordance with Australian standards".. We could not bid for the house due to the lack of information on the report, and therefore we have asked for a full refund, to would really appreciate if someone could please get back to us urgently! Thank you"

"I was not happy with the service provided. The inspection felt rushed, taking only about 30 minutes to cover the entire property. The inspector primarily took photos of areas I had already marked and didn?t provide much additional insight or find anything beyond what I had already identified. I expected a more thorough and interactive approach to ensure all potential issues were addressed. Unfortunately, this service did not meet my expectations. Might be my expectations bit high"

"I've attempted to contact the company on multiple occasions since the conclusion of the building inspection, as I found an array of issues once I had moved in to the property that were detailed as checked and correct on the report. Wouldn't recommend as it's been months and I've still never had a response."
