  "Very disappointing experience with this company. We have paid for a service that was not fully provided due to "no access". There was a plastic tub sitting over the manhole which could literally have been moved out of the way by a five year old. Instead of giving me rubbish excuses as to how you are adhering to standards, how about using this information to improve your service by ensuring those arranging appointment access make it clear to the real estate agent/owner that access must be clear to these areas you need to get into instead of being lazy. We are now having to make the decision as to whether to purchase a property on completely limited information as the rest of the report was substandard as well. I do not need to see photos of the lemon trees in the back yard, when you have completely ignored the structural components we are paying for you to check. We tried to contact the inspector days ago but he has completely ignored us. Do not recommend to use this company at all!"
